We are now talking about one of my favorite places to be in Madison. To me a library is more than just a place that houses books but a magical place that lets your imagination come alive inside those books with the information you find there. Granted the atmosphere in these buildings has really changed over the years. Modern libraries have expanded beyond their mere physical walls by including material that is accessible by electronic means. The information is available in many formats, from many sources. Many libraries also provide access to more than just computers. There are fax machines, copiers, even ATM machines and a self-service checkout are sometimes available.
