We all know that whether you live in Green Bay, Madison, Milwaukee or any other city in Wisconsin, Packer fans are passionate about their football team.  When Brent Favre, oh, I mean Brett Favre, joined the Minnesota Vikings just a few weeks ago there were not many happy fans.  Think about it, Minnesota is a divisional rival! 

So, as a result, Sconnie Nation is selling a t-shirt, and it’s flying off the shelves by the way, that reads, “We’ll never forget you Brent”.   Oh yeah, the typo is intentional and meant to vent some of the Packer fan’s feelings about their 16 season, beloved quarterback joining “the enemy”. 

They are selling this t-shirt and a few others in their downtown Madison store (at 521 State Street) and online.  Some of those other shirts read, “Benedict Brett” and “Mister Rodgers’ Neighborhood” (speaking about their new quarterback, Aaron Rodgers).

The two teams, the Packers and the Vikings, have two match-ups this fall.  The first in Minnesota on October 5^th, 2009 and the second on November 1^st at Lambeau Field.  You can bet the TV cameras will get some good shots of some Packer “fans” sporting their new t-shirts.
